I Am Going to Go There, There's No Such Thing as "Too Much Information"...
Margaret Cho is a woman I greatly admire. I watched Cho Revolution last night and forgot entirely how much I appreciate the fact that she meets many "scary" topics such as homophobia, racism, sex and shitting your pants head on. She is truly awesome.
I have spent most of the weekend enjoying myself, which is something that I often feel guilty over. This is something that has been a source of many confusing feelings over the years over all kinds of things, from eating something I enjoyed to the dreamy post-coital haze that I have come accept over time. Eating I dealt with by becoming anorexic. Sex, well I don't let situations arise where I can be used anymore. But I'm lucky in that, Crash hasn't ever used me for anything and I hope I have shown him the same respect.
We watched many movies this weekend - Appleseed, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Starwars, Margaret Cho Revolution, Team America World Police and I think that's it... I don't really know what to make of everything. I may have to tackle these movies one at at time give them all a small review and digress into my point of view of the world...
But for now I have to be out the door soon. This is mostly an entry to remind everyone (including myself) that I am alive and that I do have a brain. I hope everyone's weekend was a blast and I hope no one is too hung over as they trudge into work this morning.
